1. Have a copy of the delivery note ready

So that we can assign your return without any doubt, we ask you to enclose a copy of the delivery note. If you are only returning part of your order, you can also mark the individual items.

2. Print package label

You are free to choose which shipping service provider you would like to use to send your return to us. However, please make sure that the shipment is trackable so that both sides can be sure that the return is received properly by us.

3. Pack goods securely

When packing your return, please make sure that the package is sufficiently sealed and packed as securely as possible so that the goods are not damaged during shipping.
As soon as you have done this, hand your return over to your Whal's shipping service provider .

4. Processing your return

After we receive your return, we will process it within 14 days.
If you would like an exchange, we will contact you again.
If you ask for a refund, we will initiate this and refund the corresponding amount to the original payment method.
